Planet Hollywood in the Forum Shops at Cesear's Palace

Free Things to do in Las Vegas:

Fountains at the Bellagio
Offering an amazing display created using choreographed lights and sound. There is a huge lake in front of the Bellagio (which is stunning in itself) containing a total of 1200 nozzles and 4500 lights shooting water up to 240 feet into the air. Shows are done every 20 minutes. This is a "must see".

The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace
This is amazing, it's impossible to even do justice in an explanation on this mall. The ceiling is a sky, there are fountains and a fiery display. It's phenominal!

Walk down the strip
There is no shortage of amazing sites to behold. Be sure to do it during the day and at night, you can see so many different sights!

The Volcano at the Mirage
This 54 foot million dollar volcano erupts nightly every 15 minutes until midnight.

Check out the Rock and Roll Memorabilia at the Hardrock Hotel
lots of amazing displays such as guitars and outfits worn by some of the greatest talents out there.

Sirens of TI
In front of Treasure Island with shows at 7, 8:30, 10, and 11:30 pm. (Silly show, probably worth skipping...the previous Pirate Battle was much better)

Imperial Palace Car Show
The admission price is 6.99, but you can print free vouchers here.

Fremont Street Experience
Sound and light show taking place downtown. The street pedestrian mall covered by a huge canopy where the light show takes place. There is also free music. The vibe downtown is great, and the casinos are so close together it is easy to visit many in no time flat. Downtown is a must see, at least once!

Lion Habitat at the MGM Grand
Although not much to it, it really is quite an amazing sight.

Masquerade Show In The Sky
This carnival themed show takes place in the main casino section of the Rio. It features floats that glide around in the sky. It includes lots of dancers wearing mardigras masks and costumes throw beads into the crowd. Expect to see clowns, and acrobats in addition to the dancers. Watch from the upper level where the shops are, the view is much better from there!

Studio City at the MGM Grand Hotel
You can view pilots for upcoming shows here, and offer your opinions on what you see! The CBS research center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the screenings run every 30 minutes and last for about an hour. The cost to attend a screenig is free. The research center is located close to the pool at the end of the Studio Walk. Tickets to attend the screenings can be obtained in the MGM parking garage or in front of the center itself. At the conclusion of the screening we were given a packet of coupons, including a $10 off coupon for the CBS store--good for any purchase of $10.01 or more. It was a great deal. There was also some food coupongs including a free coffee.

Conservatory at Bellagio
Their displays are often truly breathe taking! They change the flowers monthly, the photo below was taken by my sister in December. The displays are so detailed and realistic, it is something that shouldn't be missed.

Ethel M Chocolate Factory
Free tours are offered daily at this factory, seven miles away from the strip in nearby Henderson, NV. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Tour are self guided, and reservations are not necessary. One sample is provided free of charge, with additional offerings for a fee. Also included, if a vistor wishes, is admission to free cactus botanical gardens, located on the factory property as well as a state of the art wastewater-treatment system that recycles 100 percent of the factory's wastewater.

M&M's World
This is so much fun that I go every time I'm in Vegas. There are lots of things to purchase, including M&M's outside the normal spectrum of colors (they fill a whole wall with do-it-yourself containers available to make your own custom mix)! Clothing, and gift items are also offered. However, it doesn't stop there. The escalators take you to each floor while looking at fun posters of M&M's showing a side of them you didn't know existed! There is a free 3-D movie showing that is fun for kids and adults alike! Where else can you get your picture taken with an M and M?!
Located next to the MGM Grand, right on the strip.
